For Exchange: Name of the item you want to exchange (including desired color or size)
For Refund: (Name and quantity of the item(s) ) you want to refund .Process time:The process takes from (5-10 business days) to process your request from the email date.Fees applied
Refund fees will be the same amount you paid for shipping of your order.
Exchange fees will be fixed fee of 30 EGP regardless of your location. Money collection for you:Will be the same as you paid your order from our payment options on the site
